How much will I pay for shipping?

You get free shipping on orders over $99.00, this includes heavy items that have to be shipped by freight.  If you order below $99.00, then you will be quoted the shipping cost during checkout and there are never any surprises.

Do you collect Sales Tax?

We do not collect sales tax except where required by law. (We only collect tax for packages shipped to Florida)

Can I order by phone?

Of course! You can order by phone six days a week between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm (Central Standard Time) by calling 855-856-4369. We are standing by to help you with advice on a wide range of mobility and independent living aids. 

Do I need to register for an account in order to shop with Go Round Mobility?

No, guests are welcome to shop with us without registering for an account. All you have to do is supply the required information during checkout. However, it is recommended that you create an account because it will make it easier for you to keep track of your orders and placing orders from us in the future.

I don’t have an account, how do I create one?

Simply click the “Create an Account" link at the top right of any page and then fill out the information on the page. Once your account is verified, you can start taking advantage of all the benefits of your Go Round Mobility account.

Who can create a Go Round Mobility account?

Anyone over 18 is welcome to create an account.

What if I lost my User ID or Password?

If you’ve forgotten your User Name or Password, click here, and then click on the link that says "Forgot your password?".  From there, enter your email address, and we’ll help you retrieve it. 

How can I update my information?

To update personal information in your user account, simply sign in and then click on the section headings "Addresses" or "Account Settings".  There you will be able to update the desired information you wish to change.  

What's my order status?

Click 'Orders' under your user account to access information about your orders. We also send you emails when there's an update on your order, including changing the status. How does Go Round Mobility verify my identity?

In order to verify your identity, we may require the following information: 

- Matching Billing Address: The billing address is the address where you receive your credit card statement. You must provide your billing address exactly as it is listed with the bank that issued your credit card. Additionally, your customer name – also known as the Cardholder Name – must appear exactly as your issuing bank has it on record.

- Matching Valid Phone Number: You must provide us with the number listed with your issuing bank. This must be a working number where you can be reached during our business hours.

- Valid Credit Card: We accept all major credit cards – Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover -- so long as we can verify your address. We currently ship to all 50 US states. Any difficulties with verification may delay order processing.

- Valid Email Address: This ensures that we can contact you effectively.

How does Go Round Mobility verify the information I provide?

We take two steps to protect the security of your credit card and your identity. We verify your information to protect your identity by ensuring that you are the person using your card. When a Go Round Mobility customer places an order, we go to great lengths to make sure that we have the correct cardholder information.

How do I know if I've entered the billing address correctly?

Enter your billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. This includes your name, billing address, and your phone number. Remember, incomplete or incorrect information may slow order processing and hinder for us to ship your order in a timely fashion.

Are there any minor legal details that Go Round Mobility is required to state here, to handle really unusual and extraordinary situations?

Go Round Mobility reserves the right to refuse orders for any reason, including suspicion (not proof) of credit card fraud. Further, Go Round Mobility reserves the right to disclose information identified as likely to be fraudulent to credit card companies, their investigators, and the proven cardholder. The Federal Trade Commission takes credit card fraud very seriously. We're confident you will appreciate these additional steps we take at our expense to ensure your identity and credit card remain secure and protected for your use and no one else's.
